Short Kill Story
I had a short go with a Pontiac GTO today. I pulled up alongside him at a stoplight. When the light went green I pull off normally. He started to pull ahead so I sped up slightly and he hammered it. I was thinking he would this so I was ready. I pulled him by 2 or three cars and he quit. It was no contest. As he drove by me he was just shaking his head in disbelief. He did give a thumbs up so he was a good spor about it. It was the six speed manual with the LS5 motor not the LS6, no hood scoops.

With the supercharger there is no competition with ANY GTO. YOu will smoke them! You could probably smoke almost anything out there!!! 
I've "raced" with normC32 (he changed his C32 to a CTS-V and then to a GTO) and beleive me a stock C32 CAN'T compete with the 400hp GTO; he smoked me on every way!! Now I have an SLK55 and we haven't gone out since.....maybe one of these days I'll post the results!!

lol it has an ls2 in it, ls6 was in the 5 body style zo6 which is no longer produced, now they only make the ls2, and the ls7 which is in the c6 zo6
