Finally MB to buy back my C32
Finally!
After months of problems, MB is buying back my C32.
here is a SHORT list of what has gone wrong with my C32.
I'va had the following replaced:
8+ sets of door control modules
8+ sets of seat control modules
2 sets of ignition switches
2 PSC units
3 V60 Phones
2 Adapter cords
1 New Command System
1 Complete Dash Unit (odometer, spedometer, fuel guage,etc)
1 additional fuel guage
1 fuel tank
1 rear sun shade
1 CD Canger
3 Batteries
1 Trunk release module
3 sets of keys
The items I listed are only the replaced items.. the list detailing the adjustments are about 4x the length....
Hopefully if all goes well I should be in a new car soon.
I have wasted a lot of time at the dealer getting this stuff fixed....
anyway, just wanted to spread the word. a Combination of my dealer and MB made this happen finally...

thats the first that Ive heard of those problems
With the limited production you would think all of them would be perfect but, pobody's nerfect and thus we still see a lemon in the bunch. Hope you get it all resolved, but dont be sour on the C32. Most people I know, have absolutely no problems what so ever witht the car. I have over 10k on mine and its been in for two oil changes only. I expected more to be twirked but so far so good. Good luck on the new one. Im sure it will be much better than the first.

I will post my VIN once i sign all the papers.
I am not getting into another C32, I have decided to get into the new CLK500. Now that is a sweeet car!
I'm not sour on C32's, these things happen, but as long as they are willing to take care of me, I know they stand behind their product.

That is great that they are hooking you up that way, sorry to hear about your troubles. Have you given any thought to the fact that the CLK 500 will be a "1st year" car and will probablly have many quirks and/or problems? Something to think about.......

whats with the recent burst of lexus fanboys (lexus uses VVT-i engines thats how i know), his 2000 s class had probs cause it was the first yr the model was released, any time a company releases a new car many bugs will not have been worked out when it comes out the first year Ive always driven mercedes and had almost no problems

Playing the numbers, you will get a few bad ones out of every batch. Mercedes has been around a long time and it is a very respected company. They wouldnt be where they are today if they didnt have quality cars and good service.
