255's rubbing?

Hey guys, i just put 255's on the back and they seem to be rubbing somewhere a bit. It seems like it happens only when my rear suspension is under heavy load. Does anyone else that runs 255's have this problem?

I have 265s in the back and never felt any rubbing. Are you sure it's rubbing?

What type of tyre are you using?

It can depend on the tyre manufacturer as some though 255 look wider than other brand 255s. I have Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s with no rubbing even with 5 people on board at high speed through dips and turns.

I'm running Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, 255 in the rear and 235 in the front, no rubbing issues.

Is your offset stock? (Are you running stock wheels?) Once you go away from stock wheels, almost anything can happen.

profile makes it thinner or thicker in the sidewall. the width is width. some brand like Falken cut their tires much narrower with slanter sidewalls.
