I got a quote from a dealer yesterday on my 2002 c32 w/ 39500 miles and he came back w/ 15k! wtf?! 
cpo prices for a 2002 c240 is more that that!

You could do better than that on Ebay. I know you can get over 25k or as much as 33k with the right listing. The dealer is doing what dealers do making there money the way they know how.
