There's a bomb in my car!!!!!

On to my problem... After pushing the car a little harder for a bit, I noticed there's a fast ticking sound coming from the passenager side of the comparment, it's not loud at all and it doesn't sound like it's coming from the engine.. Any guess what this sound could be? It goes away after like several minutes slowing down, but comes right back when I launch it or I guess when the supercharger kicks in hard. Maybe my GF hated me for not letting her drive tonite and planted a bomb? hahahaha
Look to find shards of tranny, S/C intercooler, seat controllers and bushings strewn about your garage that morning. The only way to neutalize this bomb is by throwing large sums of cash, directly at the vehicle (as it sits in the garage of your dealership/mechanic).
Your mission, Mr. M5CLK, is to escape this bomb with your credit score, intact.

Go on the highway and start cruising at about 2200 RPM. Then very slowly increase your speed, to avoid S/C from engaging. Keep going is slowly until you cross the 2900 RPM. At that point the S/C must always engage, so if the theory is correct, you should hear ticking with cruising above 2900 RPM.

Are you sure it is the passenger side? There's some sort of electric valve on the driver's side forward of the ESP ABS module that makes a really loud intermittent ticking in my car.

If so it might be the heat shield rubbing on the prop shaft (when it gets hot it expands and starts touching the prop shaft), I had this and it was driving me nuts, the garage kept saying NFF until it did it when I picked the car up and so the service tech and I went for a drive together, then they fixed it.
2) If you go to Mercedes Dealership, it will cost you around $500. But there is a thread in here that details another way. Basically, you buy the pump from Ford Lightening (cost about $90 on e-bay), and then install it yourself...
3) Depends how much you want to pay?

By the way, I'm taking the car in tomorrow, for one last CPO visit, to see if they might find anything wrong with the tranny or bushings. Even though I feel a big "jerk" at 1500 rpm, they claim it's just fine. They have never been able to find any bad bushings even though I hear the creaking and cracking.
Wish me luck,
Scott

Is there any online parts catalog for W203 somewhere btw?
