CLK63 Black Series
Well, I know we have all been speculating about the secret car on the private lounge. Anyways, the cat is out the bag, it is like many of us assumed a CLK63 Black Series. I don't know about you guys, but I am extremely happy that AMG has decided to offer this car to the US market, definitely a smart move.

That thing is SEXAY! Love the look of the interior...based on the one small pic at least. Looks like it has some DTM bloodline. Simply an amazing car!
Lets see, if I sold all my other toys I might be able to afford to sit in the car. Any speculation on prices and availability?

WOW!
That CLK63 looks incredible! Very aggressive looking, love the fender flares (reminiscent of DTM). Seems like MB in general (see the new S series) is accentuating fender flares in their designs.
Those seats look like they are lifted out of a DTM car as well.
very nice... very nice...

Page 2, right under the picture. 119K Euros = 159K US$. But some said it would be around 135K here in the US. I wouldn't be surprised if MBUSA decided to sell if for 140-150K. But certainly not below 120K.

Holy...! I figured it would have a lot of zeros, but not that many. I might wait for a good used one to pop up in the next 20 years.

Funny, I saw the photos of the CLK Black several days ago as I was distracted. Now I can't remember were they had been posted, but someone let the cat out of the bag early.

CLK63 AMG Black Series US price is $135,000 with availability beginning in Summer 2007. You can't use "exchange rates" because cars are priced and optioned differently around the world. US pricing tends to be lower than most other markets with more equipment being standard on MBUSA models.

I wouldn't say it's overpriced, but then again I wouldn't pay that much for a CLK other than the CLK DTM.
