Try www.detali.ru. Select Mercedes and you will be able to get part numbers.

If I am not mistaken, a lot of parts only car as an assembly.

Several guys here have used blowers available. They might make you a good deal.

Good Luck!.

The supercharger on the 32K and 55K is made by IHI. IHI stopped making these types of superchargers for MB and Kleeman. I don't think you can order the internal parts of these superchargers without ordering an entirely new supercharger. Maybe the electromagnetic clutch, but that's about it.

You might want to try IHI, but it's based in Japan, and if you don't speak Japanese, then that might be an impediment.

you can order the internals for these superchargers because there is a company in california that is rebuilding them and selling them on ebay...

obviously they will not disclose the part numbers to me or tell me where i can order the parts from or i would not have posted this thread...

I doubt you can get the parts through the dealer then, more like straight from Lysholm.

Bearings and seals can be had at any bearing supply store, the rotors are a different story.

I spoke to IHI an number of times. They had no plans to offer spare parts or remanufactured blowers.

I will try my contact again and see if anything has changed.

Try the below link, there is a Canadian company that also rebuilds them; I will post the Web Site when I find it. The supercharger pulley is an electro magnetic clutch style, just like the AC pulleys used no many vehicle, I doubt MB will make a pulley specifically for there supercharges; it may be something generic, used on other vehicle. You will need special oil for you supercharger, Mobil Jet Oil II. MB does not sell individual parts.

they don't rebuild lysholm superchargers, which is what we have on the C32...the link you posted is from a C230 supercharger, which uses a eaton/magnuson unit...thanks for trying though

I know our super chargers are Lysholm; the only companies building them at the present are located in Sweden. Since 04 Autorotor owns Lysholm. The only time you will need rotors is when the bearings fail, usually the weak rear needle bearings or the two rotor drive gears failed, or the engine ingested Hazardous material. Rotors do not touch under normal operating conditions. With that said, if they have minor damage the rotors can be rebuilt, fixed by any willing to do so, major brand forced induction company. Eaton, Autorotor, Whipple charger or Magnuson. Mercedes Benz does not sell any internal components for the Lysholm. Post your bearing numbers, I deal with two major bearing companies, maybe they have them in stock

It looks like Whipple is getting some of the blowers built in the US, now.

This is interesting:

"With the partnership of Eaton Corporation, the Lysholm compressor made tremendous strides in dependability and performance. In 2004, the Lysholm/Eaton screw compressor was utilized on the Ford GT super car and Mercury Racing High Performance engines, a first for Lysholm"

i sent whipple an email to find out if they can rebuild our superchargers...if they say yes, then i will inquire about what they actually replace during the rebuild process...
