Nice 19" rims for C55

TSW Bremmas look just like that. They are one of the more popular rims for the W203. Neal a Eurotek sells them. You can get the set with tires for ~2k. I have them on my car with PS2s.

Can also probably source them through your local dealer, but be forewarned, they probably cost a fortune. Bremmas or Sport Edition look-alikes are a fraction of the price (you can likely buy all 4 Bremmas for less than 1 of the authentic M-B wheels), because they're cast 1 piece wheels designed/styled to look like a multi-piece wheel (i.e. a "fake" multi-piece). So, it depends on what you want - if you want the real deal, get the lightweight, authentic M-B multi-piece Style IVs. If you just want the look, save some dough and get the heavier, cast 1-piece look-alikes.

That's a good question - I don't know the exact disparity between the two. Anyone else know the specs?
I know the general rule of thumb is "size being equal, forged is lighter than cast, and 2-3 pc. is usually lighter than 1 piece" - where you'll see a bit of grey area is comparing a forged 1 piece vs. a cast/forged combo 2-3 piece, but in that instance I'd guess the forged 1 piece is lighter.
Style is a very personal thing, and since Bremmas are extremely popular I'll probably get flamed for this, but I've always shaken my head and chuckled a bit at the notion of "style bolts" around the rim of a 1 piece wheel, posing like a multi-piece wheel. A lot of posters rip on people slapping an AMG badge on a non-AMG car, because they're representing they're something that they're not (I agree, BTW). However, I frankly see this as not much different; you're representing that you've got light, pricey multi-piece wheels when you've really got cheap, heavier 1 piece wheels styled to look like the former.
That being said, I personally wouldn't ever buy the M-B multi-piece Style IVs, because if I'm going to spend that kind of money I'd get HREs or iforged... but to each his own.

I think the lightest wheel = 1 piece forged.
Look at the F1 wheels =)
I'm going with 1 pc forged allll the way

C55AMG W203; 330i E90
I am thinking to use Rays RE30 18" forged, assured it is the lightest.
I plan to use 8" front offset 33 and 9" rear offset 35.
I guess my stock C55 spec is 7.5" front offset 25 and 8.5" rear offset 30?
Will also use to 235 and 255 tires instead of now 225 and 255.
Any advices appreciated.

That picture that cntlaw posted is of the C55 Racing Taxi used in various AMG driving events in Europe.
The C55 Racing Taxi is basically a C55 with "Performance Package" from AMG Performance Studio. The "Performance Package" is only available in Europe.
The "Performance Package" includes various upgrades, including: 19" multi-piece AMG Style IV rims, larger brakes (6 piston in front, 4 piston in rear), upgraded Nurburgring Sport suspension, limited slip differential, AMG "Safety Car" front apron (the bumper you see), shifting of the battery into the trunk (to improve wt distrubution), and a different "sport" Evo steering wheel.
You can buy each of these things individually, but it is cheaper as a whole package. You can find all of this with the Euro prices in the AMG Performance Studio brochure on the AMG international website. These parts currently cannot be purchased in N. America.

It’s discouraging that AMG has chosen to forego supplying those parts (OTC) to its highest volume and most lucrative market. I’d love to have a C55 racing taxi. I’m just not all that eager to jump through all the hoops necessary to obtain one.

Why do the 030 wheels weigh so much???
They only introduced the Perf. Package on the C55 for 07 years I think.
I think it's possible to mimic most of the package with OEM parts by getting the brakes and steering wheel w/paddles from the SLK55 030, and the front bumper from a CLK63. Only thing left then are the wheels (which apparently don't seem to be that great!) and the LSD, quaife? Sure it's going to cost an arm and a leg...but there ya go!
