I gave up on looking for these badges. Ended up ordering "5.5" in black pearl like the new 63's have. Doesn't look too bad. Figure since the new Black Series and SLS have them, why not?

Here's a pic. Hard to get a good pic since I have a black car. I like that you can only see it up close. I debadged the back of my C55, only have the star in the back. The 5.5 will probably look better on a non-black car. I also winged the placement, should have probably put more effort into placing them more precisely.

I apologize for the late update as time hasn't been in my favor. However, I'm glad to say that I have great news if the interest is still there. I heard back from my supplier and I can get the 5.5 and 3.2 badges, just like folex's original design. Below is a photo that was included in my email communication last week (4/26).



Today (5/5), I've received the samples and I took these pictures:







I should receive my first batch of 5.5 badges in 2-3 weeks. I'll eventually start a thread to start taking orders when I have them in hand.

Yea. The price point isn't set yet, but whatever folex had for sale before is what I'd like to target plus the 3% PayPal charges for the transaction and shipping.

Great Holy Grail ... they do exist! I would be in for 2 pair of the 3.2 Badges (thats 4 in total for those who don't play cards). I only have the one Merc (SLK32 AMG) but I will buy a back up pair in case I need paint or body work in the future (God forbid !).
