Questions on 2004 C32
i personally think it's a bit high.
its almost 08 now that car is going to be 4 yrs old...
i bought mine 02 on 06 which is 4 yrs old wid 27K for 29K OTD.
You should work on the price more and especially with the new c class out, you sould be able to get a even better deal!!!
Good luck!
Just to let you know, I bought an 04 "Fully loaded, nav, headlights, everything but the ski rack" with 14,000 miles back in 11/06, from a dealer in St.Louis and paid a little less than that. I think you can get a better deal, or make them throw in an extended warrenty.
See yeah
Intercooler pump, Intercooler, transmission, radiator, suspension bushings lower arm, electric door or seat modules, recalls (ECU & airpump).
So this car has the 100k warranty from dealer good for one year?
In the bay area, prices tend to be high.
Edmunds gives a price estimate of $34k, with all options, 37k miles from a dealer, assuming the color is silver. It also suggests $31k from a private party. The Warranty & NAV are the components that add value.
If you want a better deal, these cars are cheaper in the Los Angeles & San Diego area.
Also, check to make sure this is not a Katrina car.
Oh and another Item. I bought my 2003 C32 used in early 2004. It had no scratches or chips in the paint. the car was pristine. It had never been left outside or even driven in the rain. Most people don't look closely at the condition, when comparing prices. I saw many used C32s, less than a year old with paint chips on the hood and front. Mine had none. Look at the car very closely, before you buy.

CPO usually means it's in top shape though you can't be sure. I'd inspect it closely, and look at the maintenance history (MB should be able to run this for you) and Carfax.
