Stay away from lemons?
hey guys, i found a 03 c32 fully loaded (COMAND, xenons, etc.) with 40k miles and c55 wheels for sale at 20g's. unfortunately, it is labeled as a manufacturer MB buyback so its under MB lemon law policy. anyone know about these lemons? should i completely stay away from this? any input is appreciated

Usually the MB buy backs are sold with the warranty still valid .... If it's still under warranty and you can still buy the MB extended warranty and it runs/drives fine...... do it! but only if it's a "lemon buy back" discounted price

This C32, i wonder if it could be scored for this price (or a little more) that hadn't been a MB buy back?
Not sure exactly what 2003 C32's go for ...... I would only buy something branded salvage or buy back if it was EXTREMELY discounted .. otherwise your just filling some jerk offs pockets

okay so the guy wants 10g's for the 2003 c32 which is fully loaded with navi, xenons and also has c55 wheels. the car only has 40k miles. seems too good to be true? im planning on calling the guy tomorrow and check if i can get an extended warranty and vin number

get it checked out, I can't relate but i hear AMGs are real expensive to fix.

yeah unfortunately its on the east coast and its going to be difficult to go across the country to take it out for a drive

Please be patient. The price are dropping tremendously. Plus, don't be afraid to offer people less for their car. Many people hang on to these cars because they think they should get more for it, but the market does not agree. I bought my 02 C32 a year ago for 17k...One owner lease. Yes it high mileage, but I didn't mind. To be honest, it drive better than a few that had less mileage. Please dont buy a car unless you can check it out in person, or the seller has EXTENSIVE records and pictures.
