when you went to the dyno, what setup had you been running on the car right before you dyno'd?

I believe that different engine configurations may yield different horsepower results. I also believe that the amount of airflow that your vehicle is producing with the stock pulley is playing a factor in your output horsepower. I'm sure that once more boost is generated, the Y-pipe will surely be necessary and in turn give you better results.

I say dump it back to stock til you have a bigger PSI pulley installed then dyno with stock then with SL55 splitter to see if it works better with other mods instead.
