Smith was impressed with the C32s sleek look, ample comfort, and tangible power. But, as a long-time car enthusiast, Smith was disheartened to learn that while the retail value for the car was falling, the cost of aftermarket parts had not. In fact, in addition to the excessive cost of aftermarket parts for Mercedes, Smith realized that many desirable modifications were just not available.
