This car currently has just over 35K miles.
With the Certified warranty this car has bumper to bumper coverage until
10/15/2008 or 50,000 miles
The Certified pre-owned warranty covers until
10/15/2009 or 100,000 miles
This car also qualifies for MB Financial interest rate incentives of
3.9% to 36 months
4.9% to 60 months
5.9% to 72 months
All with Tier 1 MB Financial approval.

Agree w/ you on the tires, brakes, etc. but don't forget that service is covered under MB factory warranty, which cars like this would still be under anyway.

Also, you cannot get Mercedes CPO warranty if the car was purchased through a non-mercedes dealer. All you'll be left with is after-market third-party warranty companies. Also, I heard that last February, Mercedes raised the prices a little on the AMG warranties

Good to know about the warranty thing MB_Forever. You also have the option of further extending it at any time while still under the starmark extended!
