Any good places to try in NH or MA

for getting pulleys installed? I would like to be able to watch them do it so when I need to pull them out I am able to do it myself.

Thanks

Have not bought one yet I have to start looking. I am leaning towards the ASP just because it looks like it produces less boost than the others. I want more power but I do not want to over do it with boost either.

ASP, Renntech, and Kleeman makes the same boost.

It's either stock (14.5), the trio on top (18.5) and LET (20-21)

(I'm selling my ASP pulley within a week or two)

Go for it Craig!

Eric- what's needed to make your biggest pulley (the 185mm) work?

do i need better IC cooling? (i have)

will it work with evosport stg 2 software?

will it be simple exchange for evosports crank pulley? or do i need other pulleys as well? water pump etc..

does this pulley run lean or make s/c clutch slip?

has anyone on forum installed one as yet?

I think it'd be better to buy Erick's kit with his water pump pulley, that way you can remove your set of Evo pulleys and sell for more.

Still have not installed the tires yet. It was very nice to meet you. Let's hit the track over the spring, summer and fall.

Definitey good to meet you. Lime rock has gotten their club off the ground, repaving starts end of 2008. So do plan on running there before it's reconfigured. NHIS will be close for you i suppose; i do want to check it out in 2008 so that should to arrange.

same for me. drove car once in past 4 weeks. didn't even bother putting on snos. my lil nissan is amazing on the dunlops.

Check out Epping Seedway in NH. Not a bad 1/4 track. If I can make it work I am hoping to get pulleys installed this winter. I was hoping to find someone around here to help me install them. I just do not think a shop is going to let me watch them install the pulleys but I could ask.

i have the evosport install instructions for my pully kit but they're are mostly to do with the windshield resevior relocate.

my tech will be happy to do it and show you the "how to" in the process.

maybe we should chat. i'm getting a wad of cash -my bonus- in 2 mos and figured an e36 m3 is what i'd like for track days. in that case i may not retain the c32 and can move on to an e55. we could arrange a swop of my parts onto your car. my car does 350 rwhp in 3rd, prob more now with the HE and johnson pump. so figure 360-370 in 4th.

i have to consider labor involved, market value of my car as is, price for my parts etc before commiting to doing this. but let me know if this may work.

Sounds good. When the time comes we can chat and see if we can work something else. For some reason I still want and E46 M3.

Oh no. Do not sell your C32. Turn it into a track car. I was really looking forward to sharing track with it next year. It will be a bummer if we cannot run together.

E36's are nice...I was looking at coupes a few months ago, but when I found the one I wanted I also found out it was in an accident.

did you get a 5spd or auto?

manual tranny. this is turning into a race car end of the year possibly before.

these car are out there and an good value when you consider what you're getting.

i'm trying to get all my buddies who track (about 5 guys) to also pick up e36s and we all go TT in 2008 then racing in 2009.

i had this hairbrained idea we would all paint them as replica art cars!

i leave in 20 mins with my tech to go inspect the car. it's 60 miles away.

I understand the reasons why. M3 is a logical choice. But I hope this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUAE-819OG4 inspires you to keep C32 as a track car. I know it ain’t 190. But remember, remember days when AMG ruled the world.

OPM yes i hear yah. i have "unfinished business" with the c32 and do intend to run in 2008. bear in mind she was never a track car per se but a road car i tracked.

i think bud4ya you and i should plan to attend the 1st scda track day at lime rock. that should be in early april.
