Air for me. But I just read an article about this. I forget where - maybe in Consumer Reports? They filled 2 tores with air and 2 with nitrogen. Their conclusion was that the difference was negligible.

Um, on second thought, that will probably discourage anyone from admitting they use nitrogen exclusively

Compressed air, which when dry consists of about 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen, and 1 percent other gases by volume. Hmmm... Yes it counts.

Nobody likes a "know it all" I would say you should vote regular/compressed. AKA not a victim of the marketing.

Cheers!

From what I have read also it is very negligible...If it is free, take advantage of it...if it costs money, do not be taken advantage of!
