I see now...on second time around at Drag I did the 13.29 with the Green filters.

for "better" results yes, but you don't have to get ECU if you run the pulley kit. it's the same case as the crank pulley kits. i.e. ASP, EVOsport, Renntech etc. You can run it perfectly on stock software. The purpose of this pulley versus the crank pulley kits are all the same.

what is the cost difference between this and the SL55 splitter? asking for those that haven't done the 55 y-splitter.

The 55 y-splitter is direct bolt on too. all you need are two little extended hose which you should be able to get from hardware stores.

Hi everyone. Well, I had to take this project by the horns to finish it up. I had been told it was going to be another 7-10 days, and that was not acceptable...Which meant I was traveling most of the week, so I apologize for my absence.

First things first, the pulleys are done. Here is a shot of the pulleys I am boxing up right now.

I also have NSK bearings available separately for sale, for those with stock sc pulleys with a failing bearing. They will be available on the website this evening.

We had the chance to put an SRT6 on the dyno last night. This car is completely stock. Stock air filters, plugs with stock gap, wires, and the standard 19" rear wheels... Pulley only was +12.6hp/12.7tq, Pulley/Intake was +24.4hp/24.1tq. His best dynojet corrected numbers of the night were 322.3/331.2. He does not have any upgraded cooling either, and we did 7 runs. We are going to gap his plugs down, and put in some better filters, and hit the dyno again next week. I imagine we will pick up another 10hp, and clean up the curve.

Ok, I just read through all of the intake discussion. I just want to add a few things. I have extensively tested at least six completely different intake setups on the C32 over the last few months. I started off with the general thinking that most people have when they look at the intake, supply more air with smoother flow. But to be perfectly honest, AMG designed a very tuned intake. What I realized quickly was, its not that the car needed more air, as much as it was how that air was delivered. The fact that the throttle body was jammed against a wall 2.5" away gave it no immediate volume of air to pull from. So really, this is about letting the car breath better. By adding a third filter to the system, you allow the SC to have that volume of air it needs right away, while still supplementing it with the cooler air from the front of the vehicle. This turned out to be the best solution. The power is increased across the entire rpm range, and IATs are hardly affected. Yes, an upgraded heat exchanger would be wise. But I actually recommend the HE as one of the first upgrades, not one of the last. When the intake mod is coupled with a pulley, we see a .6psi increase in boost. It really wakes the car up, and gives it the responsive feel that it needed. As for how it looks, maximum airflow, while keeping the filter from flexing and stretching. I hate driving my C32 without the intake, it feels that much better. The numbers have spoken for themselves. On a side note, I am working on one more intake solution that is a bit more hardcore More on that soon.

As for anything and everything else, I am trying to catch my breath. So much going on, and some crazy projects starting up (road track guys are gonna love me ). There are still pulleys available from the first run. They are going to go fast. The intake mod will be available next week. There will be plenty of them available. If you order the two together to get the discount, I can ship them separately. We also just got our new phenolic spacers in as well.

We just ordered material for the next run of pulleys, 75 of them. We have a large number of parts left over from the first run, so we should be able to keep making them without any downtime from this point.

I absolutely appreciate everyones patience. My friends, the revolution is here...

Pullies look great

What are the differences between the srt-6 motor and the c32's motor. From m understanding the m112 in NA form from w203 to xf have minor differences in injectors and air intake...

i just got the 55 airbox as well. the result...just a little better than C32 airbox plus y-splitter. If i didn't get a good deal on it I wouldn't have done it. you won't notice it until you are traveling at higher speed.

i thought the NA m112 are all the same in XF or w203. the motor in the srt-6 vs the 32s are just tunes and exhaust setup i believe.

I've been whoring the XF community's forums a bunch lately and have discovered these differences. They are doing lots of R&D on the NA M112. Im pretty certain their intake is more restrictive based on the positioning of the inlet pipes and the sizes of them to the filters and i believe the injector differences have been documented. If this were also true w/ the SRT-6, then the M112k on the w203 could potentially see bigger increases... Thats why Im just asking about the differences between the srt-6 and the c32... I know the intake and exhaust are surely different, but what else? :x

the things to understand about the SRT-6 is that they're built with left over 32 engines, so they/AMG won't bother making any changes. it's also the reason SRT-6 had very limited production runs. smaller injectors...maybe to keep the HP rating down compare to the SLK32 at the time. I highly doubt there are other differences.

sorry 300c fans, but imo crossfire is the best chrysler to date...other than the Viper of course.

24RWHP and 24RWTQ is very respectible for a completely stock SRT6.

Hopefully we can see more numbers on a completely stock C32.

I"m sure they can combine with a mild crank pulley and raise power even more.

BTW: The Heat Exchanger on the SRT6 is even smaller than the C32.. and the fan is not going to help keep IAT's on check.

After 7 runs.. the system will only let you have so much power until it starts to pull timing.

A bigger HE will probably help to put down a bit more HP.. but the big difference would be on the highway when the air if flowing and IATs are almost to ambient levels.

The kompressor pulley is a great way to gain power and have the flexibility to remove quickly. For this reason it will probably keep its value better than a crank pulley. Crank pullies get damaged and its a PITA to remove or install.

Brandons car does have K&N's on the stock boxes and no resonator.

So if one is looking to get more to the 30RWHP range with the intake and s/c pulley.. I would start there.

don't forget the Heat Exchanger and better IC Pump.

At the minimum get the K&N's installed with the pulley and intake mod.

All orders shipped! If you did not receive a email with tracking information, please let me know and I will forward you the tracking number. If you bought the intake mod, or the spacers, they will be shipped on Tuesday.

I will post pictures of the production intake mod tonight.

Here you go. It will include the two phenolic cages pictured, 6 screws, and a UNI pre-oiled foam filter.

Thanks for the picture

Just ordered the intake mod And thought it wouldn't hurt to get a new S/C bearing as well.
