i just got back from a 900 mile vacation trip with the code 3 pulley and didnt have any issues with the belt, just thought id let you guys know since there have been some worries about the belt. i have to admit when i left i thought i better take an extra belt since it was going to be 400 miles at a time with 100 degree weather in the middle of nowhere!!. but i didnt take an extra belt because if i did im sure THEN it would have broken. anyway just thought id let you guys know in a new thread since the old one is getting too long

I think the title of the thread should be "Code 3 Supercharger Pulley Customer Feedback". That way it'll reduce the clutter in the main thread. Thanks for your review!

Or boy is my A ** sore???

So far, no further issues with my belt. Driven about 500 miles on it now and no new fraying etc. I still believe that the belt is going to be OK, BUT that it takes some time with the aggressive pattern he had on the pulley to "work it in." Now, if I could just get that intake I ordered a month ago?? Brandon???

Got into a battle with a highly modded C55 (exhaust, ECM etc) and it was a draw. Pretty impressive for a basically stock car with factory everything cept for the pulley.

Glenn what kind of mods are in that C55 cause C55asleep? has headers, exhaust, ECU tune and Nos and has done like a 12.4(If I recall right) now he gonna add SLR cams and Quaife LSD which should get him at low 12s or maybe high 11s...I ask cause if you raced and was match with just the C3P S/C pulley(no intake) thats incredible!

If I remember correctly you said in another post that the C55 ran 13.9 (edmunds) so maybe with those mods that gold one might be in the 13.0's so considering the facts that you brought about the 1/4 mile times it seems to me that you are right about at factory specs as to 1/4 mile times and what i have seen other C32 owners run stock which are right about 13.0's.

It was NOT C55 Asleep, that I know. Isn't that car silver???

Note that I have never dragged (at least at 66 or Great Lakes) a C55, so I dont know much about their performance. I do know they are fast, for sure. The one I saw was gold and LOUD. Any times I've quoted were from Edmunds or Inside Line tests. Never driven a C55 personally, so I really dont know how they pull. If its the same engine as my ML55, then its gotta be strong, cause even for an old workhorse Sport ute, my ML 55 still goes (the thing weights almost 6,000 lbs loaded with fuel and driver).

This one was not stock, the guy told me so. I really dont have that much experience with the C55, so I dont know what the times are?? They have to be mid-13s stock?? I'll check dragtimes and see what they are running. When I had my IS 350, I got dusted by several C55 though and that car was a high 13 runner at Great Lakes (none of this BS you see on Dragtimes for allegedly "stock" IS 350s.) Also, having driven the new IS-F, I aint that impressed with that either. I am impressed though with the times I am seeing Jerry put through with LET cars. Man, 12.4 is amazing for a C32. Thats quicker than any Porsche except the GT II and III and the TT. (handling is another issue however

Wow pretty amazing what a question turns out....for sure C55asleep? in Florida is a pretty fast car so guys unless you can do 12.4 or better you are looking at a rude awakening....C55asleep? being that the C32 is forced induction a small 30-75hp bottle is actually recommended I was told that a 30hp bottle going thru the S/C will yield like if it were 75hp bottle...but as AMG-Jerry has pretty much everything you can imagine his car has major spin issue so I say before anyone embarasses themselves run your car an get used to it first...don't presume it will get up and go to the 12s easily launch and other attributes are eccential to get a car to lay the power properly to the ground...that being said be careful all
