.-It has been brought to the attention of LET that there has been a failure of two accessory waterpump pulleys, originally supplied with our 181mm Pulley Kit.
- LET is diligently reviewing the situation and is currently working with our customers to rectify this isolated problem.
-The source of this recall has been traced to a limited run by an alternate supplier, and does not affect any other products.
- LET will offer free replacement pulleys to any customers having purchased a 181mm pulley kit by clicking a link on the website, starting Monday.
-Updates will follow, along with the link info.
-Please know that LET is committed to offering the finest quality aftermarket parts available anywhere, and we stand committed to our products and our customers.

Thanks for the heads up, this is very responsible of LET and shows the quality of your customer care. I don't know many other tuners who would go to such lengths to ensure this level of commitment to its customers by standing by its products. I'm impressed.

I agree, many of the big name tuners would often make excuses or just flat out flip you the birdie. LET is definitely going places with this mentality and level of customer service

Just another reason to be glad I went with the 185mm pulley 
I see that LET is continuing to provide outstanding customer service. Kudo's for LET stepping up and proactively addressing this issue. Most other companies (if they did anything at all) would treat this on a case by case basis - once you had a failure and contacted them they would reluctantly send up an updated pulley for the cost of S&H.
