Got any BBS's on your car to back up your post? Cause your sig is photoshopped and obviously not real.

Don't get me started Drew. If I wanted to police the thread I would start by reporting your post for excessive dimensions for your gag photo.

What's with all the hate?

I see a sponsor, you know, the ones that help pay for the site, advertising their product.

To that I say congratulations and I'm happy to get a bigger selection.

so, what kind of data or research were you looking for? Other folks post of
rims, preferences, etc and I'm not seeing empirical / objective measures of
performance, critical specs, reliability, etc. Are you looking for QC testing
figures or what? so i'm scratching my head wondering what it is that has
you so skeptical that you post as if to cast doubt on the viability of this
particular product?

Drew one more time....

On a more serious note, you're absolutely right. They are a sponsor that help pay for this site we all adore and treasure to troll around . I merely made the comment of noticing another wheel manufacturer emerge. To be honest, there is really only so many designs one can think of when it comes to rims. Then the technicality becomes the next issue. Weight, material, forging process.

Yeah lets get off the whole HRE thing for a bit. No need to lock this thread.
What's Kranson's price point for say 19" starting with the basic finish with chrome lip?

You are more than welcomed to check with other 3 piece wheel companies. The price is more than reasonable.

It's about time the Moderators shown their existence.

As far as the wheel goes people are charging a whole lot to start out. MAybe if the wheels were in the low to mid 3k area they'd be feasible. What kind of weights are we talking about here as well? Are these things like windmills or are they light?

Let me start by saying that I wish your company all the luck in world, and THANK YOU for being a sponsor on this forum. I do not mean any disrespect to you or your comapny sir:

Now, my real concern:

I have been in autosprots sine 1985 and have used, bought or been involved with MANY manufactureres like BBK, ENKI, Fitapaldi's, and RHS to name a few. I have had EVERY size rim imaginable and multi piece, which ALL leak after a year on our lovely potholed roads here in PA. With that being said, I have NEVER had to pay more than $500 a wheel. I am just sick and tired of EVERY part for a Mercedes costing TRIPLE what they are for EVERY other car. It cost NO MORE to have the hub machine, on a CNC mill, for our bolt pattern as it does for ANY other car. I truely beleive that if ANY rim was ofered at a REASONABLE, AKA UNDER $700, price the market would be MUCH MORE APPEALING to a wider audiance.

Oh well, BEST WISHS to you and your company.

See yeah
