I believe most use the depo option - the "search" tool is your friend...

Well since you want clear bixenon you need to go with OEM and not Ebay cause the Ebay Depo lighting are only H7 thus requiring a HID KIT also. Try Ebay for OEM bixenon or hit up MBenzl and buy OEM bixenon thru him. Black housing well either take yours apart and paint them or buy Ebay Depo and get a HID KIT going OEM will help maitain the auto-levelor feature you already have with you frosted xenon option. GL

It all depends.....OEM I believe is plug n play but the Depo H7 involves buying a HID KIT which is very plug n play(you loose auto-levelor with this option)

There are several Depo variations on ebay that have the HID conversion kit pre-installed making it virtually "plug and play". As mentioned, auto-leveling no longer works but well worth it in my book.

well while oem's are always the most trustworthy and convenient at times they also cost you your left nut to do so (if you get them from MB)! ebay you can get a exact set of blacked out bixenons for less than half of oem's from MB...thats where i got mine and installed myself, piece of ice cream cake!

Couple things here... 2002 MY C Class xenon headlights (aka "frosty" xenons) are not bixenon, nor do they have the self-leveling feature, IIRC.

OP - OEM bixenons are probably your best bet since you already have factory xenon headlights... unfortunately they are pricey, though.

Hey its your money and you should spend it on what you actually want to put on your car...there really isn't that much quality difference with HID kit's and OEM, maybe a lil simplicity and convenience but all in all I also desire the black housing so I'm going with aftermarket ones because i dont wanna drop 1200 + on oem...so its up to you and you alone, lol!!!!
