One touch function for sunroof~

When I press the button, sun roof closes half way n stops then moves back to original position for some odd reason. My friend's K8 CLS55 does same thing..

Nothing is stuck..

What could be my problem?

try resetting it. mine has done that before and resetting it seems to resolve the problem.

If resetting it doesn't solve the problem, take it to the dealer. My car had a similar problem that was intermittent. Dealer replaced the sunroof control module and the problem is gone.

Happens all the time

1.Try holding the tilt button up for about 30 seconds
2.Open the sunroof by holding the button back until it opens completely hold it for another 30 seconds.
3.Now close the sunroof by holding the button back for another 30 seconds.
4.Finally try using the 1 touch feature.

I'm not saying this will definitely work, but it did work for me.

Good luck

Try a full reset.

Disconnect your battery for 10 minutes, then roll all your windows all they way down, then all the way up.

on a level surface, turn the steering wheel all the way left, then all the way right.

Tilt the sun roof, then close it. Open the sunroof all the way, then close it.
