I need some input.
So I think I'm going to be getting the Depo clear headlights soon cause I think the stock ones are seriously ugly. The haze is just like ewwww plus I could go with an HID kit. Anyways I was looking at them on 123Mercedes.com and they have black ones as well as chrome. I like the black ones more than the chrome but I have seen many pictures of people with chrome and it looks good with the silver car paint. What do you guys think of the black headlight surrounding with a silver c32 would look like? If anyone has any pics of that combo that would be cool if you could post them up. I was also considering getting a black grille I like the following setup. Not sure whose cars they are. Its someones from this board cause that's where I got the pics but I'm kinda likin em.
That setup looks good to me but I was wondeirng what that setup would look like if the headlights were black instead of chrome. Btw, I have like a 10% tint or something. Its really dark.

FWIW, the chrome version looks more like the OEM bi-xenons. The black version definitely looks aftermarket. Not sure if that matters to you or not.
On a silver car, I think a body-matched grill, or stock, or black looks best (in that order) - very subjective obviously, so YMMV.

Get the grille painted professionally it will look sick.
As far as the depot lights then you are going to reduce your visibility at night. I was thinking about getting the black ones too, but the gains aren't worth it for me.
Good luck and that lip looks nasty in the first pic

i replaced the eagle eye projectors with real clean lens TSX HID projectors. Thats why it looks different for people who don't know.
i'm probably going to sand off the glare lines later and put e46 shrouds around the projector. The glare lines kills a lot of the brightness.

lol yeah...you need to sand it and prime it so the paint has something to hold on to or it'll just chip away. I usually sand it, then add three layers of primer, then three layers or paint then two layers of clear coat just to make sure.

Thats true too. Hey Temjinx2 do you have any closer photos of the headlights? I'd liek to have a better view of what the actual headlight looks like and how it looks inside the housing.

That's my car in the second pic in the first post. I have received many compliments on the blacked out grill. I also painted all the badges and emblems flat black (like the grill) and have some carbon goodies (front/rear spoiler) on there now as well to compliments it.
