SF Bay Area Meet... again?
Any interest in meeting up again? I know its raining. You can show off your wax job.
Otherwise plan for a week or so away. As before, my schedule at the firehouse changes weekly. But if there is any interest I will throw out some dates that I am off duty.

I'm waiting for my set of Brabus from FrankW. i'm having them powder coated in black and looking to at least 1 -2 weeks for the whole project to be done.
Specially if I add the Red outer edge ring to the rim.
But, that should not hold you guys back.

No need to worry about Sunday in SF. I know the roads to keep us together.

Bay Area Meet II
All Mercedes Benz are welcome. Yes, this started as a C32 / C55 meet but all are welcome and really the more the better.
Where: Ocean Beach Parking Lot, San Francisco <see link>
When: March 15th, 2009, Sunday
Time: 10:00am (Depart for drive at 11am)
Details: We will meet at the Beach Chalet Restaurant which is across the street from the parking lot. Our machines will be safely parked with the Pacific Ocean as our backdrop. And those who chose to partake in coffee and "what-not" at the Beach Chalet will have a world class view of their cars and the great Pacific Ocean.

This is one of the most scenic spots on the SF Peninsula. Gawkers? Yeah, there will be gawkers and joggers and tourists and cops! No burnouts or wheelies or stunting please.

Working on a cruise now. Will make it memorable but not to lengthy.

Got my wheels. Will powder coat this weekend.
But, I discovered a slight dent on the right front rim and thinking whether to have it straightened out or not ($160.00 at WheelTechniques).
you guys know any cheaper place other than WheelsTechnique?
BTW, powder coating is $250.00 for a set.
I might make things happen by then March 15?

Yes, the Park Chalet is indeed slendid but only from the Beach Chalet can you gaze out of the window at your Mercedes Benz.
