Shipping issues - HELP!!!

Shipping issues - HELP!!!

Greetings,

i have bought several items for my C32 from code3 and they have been delaying me a lot over a month, after several emails concerning the issues of the manufacturing of the pulleys i receive a tracking number i am trying it for 3 days and its giving me "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received". this is my first online purchase from the usa and really don't know whats going on, i have tired calling and sent a couple of emails to have more information of the status of shipping, and till now i don't have a reply. i am really frustrated and want to know whats going on, please can you guys tell me what is going on? really this is making me think twice before dealing with any online purchase. please any help will be appreciated.

I understand your frustration, been there myself.

I'm pretty sure that with your status message, it was sent via US Postal service. Their tracking service is next to useless and will not change from that status message until you receive it unfortunately. I'm sure it's on the way though. Just don't keep checking for the status, it will drive you even crazier.

USPS overseas shipping will take very long time. USPS is the worst when it comes to international shipping. Just be patient!

I know why he's upset, he got 276 km/h on a short road with ups and downs(2 tunnels), and wants to get 290+ on the same road right Ali?

Yes C3P are Not good at taking care of there customers....But even if they suck on that, I always got my stuff that I ordered....So just give it some time Ali, and I'm sure it will turn up.

I understand your frustration Ali, same as me here, I ordered the SC pulley and some parts online on early Dec 2008 and i am now still waiting for Code 3 to send out those parts. I emailed Brandon few times and he replied me that the new pulley will be ready on the 3rd week of Jan...You are luckier than me because I dont even get the tracker number from Code 3 until now, what can i do???

I sympathize with you.

So are the parts shipped or not?

Unless you agreed to this time-line for receiving paid-for parts from C3P, you need to cancel your order and get a refund.

I would agree, simply for the fact that you are limited on the amount of time expired before you can't issue a chargeback anymore.

Wheres Aaron from CodeIII? I remember when he first showed up on the scene he was all over responding. Now...not so much...LOL. I still am so glad I never purchased items from them.

No doubt Brandon (C3P) has lost a lot of revenue due to shipping delays and poor customer relations. They have good stuff, but seriously need to address their shipping issues and lack of response to paying customers....
I need new SC bearings and am looking elsewhere for this very reason.

True, even a couple German buddies have C3p stuff and love it. They just hated waiting for it. How hard is it?

Finally got a tracking number from Code 3 and comfirmed email from US Postal, shipping takes 6-10 days, thank God
