Windshield Decal - Has Anyone Done This?
I saw a picture of a CLK with a large AMG decal on the front windshield and it looked pretty nice IMO. I don't know that I would want one on my car per se, but it got me wondering if that would have any effect by covering the little sensors by our rear view mirrors.
Has anyone put a decal of any sort on their front windshield? Any ill effects from covering the sensors (or whatever the heck those spots are at the top/center of the windshield)?
What does everyone think of front decals like that? Too "ricer"? I found one that looks like etched glass and measures 48.5" x 5" HERE. It's cheap enough I may just try it to see what it looks like. If it looks like butt I'll just chuck it. I dunno....

I think it should be one of those removable things.Put it on at a meet or track day and then take it off for everyday use.

i have a strip of tint on my windshield that definitely covers it (a matter of fact, it goes below that arrow that it isnt supposed to go below lol)....no problems here
