Kleeman headers and 168mm pulley.

Mine was on the dyno early then again at 10+pm or so.

I know that the car had issues with IAT's cause I am stock cooling. I hoped to avoid doing those mods by going with the smaller pulley.

Stock 36k air filters (forgot)

I was expecting a flatter fuel curve with the LET custom tune. FYI its not really that far off but the way the fuel curve is scaled it appears worse than it is.

I am very happy with the newfound power

AFAIK, 168mm is the smallest sized pulley out there that's bigger than stock (158mm). So going w/ smaller pulley would be impossible unless you custom order yourself...

But I think 168mm pulley shouldn't need cooling by default unless of course you keep WOT all the time... Could your IAT problem b/c of bad pump?

Anyway, your A/F looks very flat (only from 13.x to 12's), while mine was from 14's to 11's) - see here https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post3529424. Also, the bump around 4K RPM does look funky.... not sure if the S/C belt is slipping or something.

Me and a couple other guys are hitting Sacramento on Wednesday and it would be great if a few of you guys could make it. I got a pass from the wife to go and play . Any of you down? One late night isn't going to hurt anyone, let's do it. All you other guys made good gains except for me and my sloww a$$ no hp gain 55 ...jk. I'm sure I'll do okay but it will be fun regardless.

Where do you live in the Bay Area? Let's do a Sacramento run this time and next time we'll hit up Infenion. It will be a blast to have at least a couple of MB's show up. Either way I'm glad you're testing your new found power.

Yeah...I didn't realize you lived right there. Either way I'm driving 2 hours, whether it's Sacramento or Infineon .

You should head up there to get a before and after comparison. That's one thing I really wish I would've done before modding my car. Let me know.

So far it's only Stick2, maybe Juicee, maybe Euro King, and myself. I also have a post on mymbonline.com in the Norcal section.
