my code3 pulley dyno

Hey guys,

I dynoed my car....i just wanted to get other opinion on how high other code3 pulley ppl are dynoing.

I have code3 sc pulley, code3 intake mode, half of the code3 belt wrap kit and powerchip tune.

I told them i wanted the tune to be little more conservative to keep the reliability up.

i'm thinking of running a duel pulley setup in the future.

I did 297 rwhp stock, I would think with those mods it would be higher.

Temjin, the image is blocked on my work PC. Can you post the numbers and dyno used?

Jimmyp, 297hp is rediculous for a "stock" C32. Must be a dynojet running downhill....

That seems to be inline with what I dyno'd with the same mods.

When I had my Code3 pulley, intake and tune, I ran a 310 WHP on a dynojet. Kep in mind that I have these heavy a_s 19" reps that supposedly suck up about 15WHP, so that's right inline with what I ran.

If you want more power, get a LET 185mm. The difference is awsome. I'll have some dyno numbers when LEET comes to tune me in the middle of May.

its scewed because when i dynoed it, when i had a failing intercooler pump.

I dyno'ed 250whp with a bad intercooler pump, so unfortunately my base line isn't valid.

i got 326whp and 321wtq on a dynojet.

it wasn't in dyno mode since i had trouble getting into dyno mode, but i remember LET posts that said it didnt matter.

thanks..i have 19's as well. I just wanted to know if it witin line or if i have a boost leak somewhere.

Yeah i'm thinking of running a LET 185 and a oem supercharger pulley machined down from 74mm to 70mm to give me a little extra boost.

Your number is STD correction which is higher than the one we usually use here SAE. Your 326.81/321.12 STD is equivalent to 317.29/311.77 SAE

Your number is right (if I don’t want to say high) with the mods. I know, I did expect more when I had the same modes with LET tune. But it’s the reality.

to avoid confusing SAE or STD #'s

I will use the old STD numbers.

320RWHP with a simple quick pulley swap, intake and tune is not bad at all.

Let's keep in mind the s/c pulley was designed to be easy to install and give modest power without going to the crank pulley.

Why not go with LET tuning?

i went with powerchip because vrp had that $300 tuning special and they were local. At the time i couldnt really go a day without my car.

thanks for all the feedback guys. I guess i was hoping for a little higher numbers. My tune is on the conversative side, because i wanted reliability. I guess i'll save for a LET 185 down the line. i'm house hunting at the moment.
