If you have a 2002 then you need to determine if it has push in axles. If it does then it will fit. If they are not push in then you need some additional expensive parts to make it work. 2003 -2004 C32's it will fit.

Look at Post #184 at the following link. The top picture shows a push in type axle(top left in picture). I am not sure but I think the bolt in axles will have a set of bolts around a flange near where the axle enters the diff instead of the rubber boot shown in the pic

2002 C32 AMG, 2013 GLK 350/4, 2015 E63S AMG Wagon
From my notes, it looks like part # A2033501210 is the bolted axle and
A2033509110, A2033508410 and A2033502456 are the plug-in or push axles. If you have a 2002, most likely you have the wrong kind and axles will need to be replaced or you will be leaking diff fluid. Even early 2003s came with the bolted axle.
