What's the problem? If the hole sizes where the endlinks mount are too small then you just need to drill them out. This would mean the bar is not C32 specific.

The end link holes are not the issue. They've been drilled to 12mm. The bar will not mount to the chassis as it is a w209 front end with different mounts.

Thanks. I know they came with different mounting hardware but was unable to inspect either as it all went to the shop, and both of my shops told me it will not mount as such.

mounting bracket under the car should be the same as the 32. suspension components other than tuning wasn't different from the 32. I used the bushing from Eibach and used the stock bracket. it may seem like it doesn't fit until you bolt on the screws.

lots of mechanic would tell you they don't fit simply because they're too lazy to even try.

the bar plus the bushing will look much bigger compare to the old bar and bushing while the bracket remain the same size, but it will still mount on. I did my front and rear DIY with help of a friend.

Are you sure this is the case, as it seems you have a c32 with a 203 front end whereas my c55 has a 209 front end and is different. Do you have personal knowledge that this is the case on a 209 front end? Thanks. Sean

Ok. So I did the research and found out that the older w203's have the wider sway bracket whereas 05+ have the narrow. I've picked up a set of the wider ones and they slip on the bushing just fine. However, what is the relation to the notch on the bar and which way do the mounts face, e.g. which way faces out? Anyone have pics of them on the bar or the bushings used with them? Thanks I have yet to throw it on the lift, but want all the info now if I need to buy other bushings etc. Thanks. Sean

need some info also...

H&R sells 2 types of sway bars for the c55, both bar diameters are 26 and adjustable, however one has 10mm end link holes while the other has 12mm end link holes. Which one should i buy?

12mm for c55 front. Does anyone know if eibach makes a rear adjustable? Evidently mine is not.

Ok. So we now have a conclusion. The c32 eibach bar will NOT fit on a c55 as both of my mechanics confirmed previously. Sure you can mount it up but it will have 1/2" slack on both ends causing the bar to move latterally and not work worth sh*t. I tried it with both sway mounts older pre05 and my stocks. BS. Bar is going and getting H&R. The front end of the c55 AS A 209 HAS DIFFERENT MOUNTING POINTS FOR THE SWAY.

I did. The notch is in a different place on the bars - where the center of the bracket should be etc. I didn't take pics as I was over it. They simply don't work on a c55. Eibach confirmed. Going H&R front.
