Fellas,
It's that time for me, I'm moving up to the 185mm pulley this week.
Got a question to you guys. Jerry did the LET Tune on ECU last year with my 181, will I need to "re-tune" my ECU for the 185 setup?
Jerry can you please confirm?

i would imagine so. running more boost and needing more fuel, probably need to adjust some of the parameters to make it run a little richer and more safely.

In theory, you should require more fuel coupled with less timing advance = different ECU tune needed (at least, I think that's what you'll hear). Have you dyno'd your car (ideally, with AFR)?

just took my last antibiotic last night.....have to go back to the doctor again to get a third chest xray. he told me i had pretty bad pneumonia last time, and even after antibiotics, it could still take another two weeks or even a month for it to be totally cleared up and for me to feel like myself again..
and yes, staying away from mbworld is proving difficult. im beyond addicted. lol
but yes, i think a retune is necessary, and if more than anything, just safe. im sure jake or jerry will chime in and agree.

Re-tune my friend. You won't cause any damage with the old tune, but you won't see all the benefit that you could get!
