Question for all 185 pulley and tune user?

what are your A/F ratios at high rpm, from 5400-5500 to 6200 on 3rd gear or 4st gear??

I currently run super lean even after mail in tune twice; 13 A/F at low rpm and 15 A/F everywhere after 5200rpm. I will have a dyno retune this coming May 15th. Hope the problem then will be fixed.

anyway to somewhat tell if we are running too lean or too rich? (without A/F hardware)

I am running lean after 5500 w/pulley. So lean, Wayne couldnt continue tuning on the dyno. Im thinking about mounting an AFR gauge and then using this Kenne Bell Boost pump

Below 5k I'm around 14-14.5 and above 5k it drops into the 12s. I have dyno's with full readout posted in previous threads I've started. I am sending my ECU back to Jerry/LET one last time with the graphs for fine tuning. Have LET tune your ECU, then no worries.

so you run lean below 5k rpm and run richer at above 5k rpm ?

optimally you want to run around 12.3-12.5 from the tail pipe.

More or less, yes. WOT it sits in the 12s (12.2-12.8 range), taken from the tailpipe. On the dyno, the slow roll to 3rd has AFRs in the low 14s.

wow, thats weird. i ran richer at the lower rpm and leaner toward the top. On the code3 with the powerchip tune i ran around 11.7 toward the bottom and 12.5 toward the top.

I agree. I believe the initial tune was mainly focused on the higher RPM range. That is also why I'm sending Jerry my ECU with the graphs again, so he can flatten it out across the entire band. I also added headers since the initial tune which may have added to the lean spots.

Thanks for all of you guys, i understood now, i am not the only one that running lean after 5k, most of us(185pulley) have retune more then 2 3 times and we are all stay in the lean issue at high rpm.
I have the LM-1 wide band installed before muffles(running without cats).
i have tuned 3 times and i am still with this issue. is this the limit of our system?
Razormb, please can you try this boost pump and tell us the result?
SilverbulletAMG, you are running in contrary from us, i don't know why, you have the ik22, i have the ik20, maybe one more step colder will make this difference????

srt6 has a different pump from c32, so we cannot compare.

A few graphs here for reference. Keeping in mind this is on a hot humid day in southern MS.

That would be MAY 16th my friend....

Yup, I have the same issue and both myself and CLKCLK should provide some answers once we get dyno tuned by LET in about 10 days.

I had my mechanic hook up his scan tool and we went for a drive. Very lean in 3rd in high RPM's. So for now I'm taking it on the easy side until I get properly tuned. If that kenne bell fuel booster really works, I'll get one right now.

+1. I want it if it works, but it gotta be reasonable price though. Does anyone know the price of the unit?

$229 or $249. Not too bad. Hmmm....I may have time to et one before the 16th. Lemme check if they have a money back guarantee. Cause if it doesn't work, I don't want it.

I am afraid that I will not work directly to ours. As the last time I remember, our pumps have 4-6 wires coming in while it is supposed to be a regular 2 wires like this system.. It's great if it works. I get one at this price.

I will contact Kenne Bell to see if it will work for us or not. Just came across this from Kleemann; Install manual for V6 M112 compressor.. even though its not the c32 it shows them adding a boost pump. If anyone has additional info about this, please share.

The warning message troubles me. I think some c32's have an 01 build date.

Looks like they are referring back to an earlier part of the install for the air filter housing. You can download the full manual here:
