c32 problems

mercedes c32t amg
c32 problems
i have some electric fauls on my car
the engine will not go more then idle speed i think that is the electric box can this be repaird or have any body what is price for a new

We need more information in order to attempt to help you.

Are you saying you are constantly in limp mode or will the motor not rev at all?
What faults are stored?

[Edit: I assume this thread and the other refer to the same issue]

In the past my throttle actuator went bad (4 times...) it had a similar symptom, Car would start with a some what erratic idle, and would not pass idle. Is this similar to your experience?

2002 C32 1987 190E 2.3 334K miles and going

If it cranks but engine won't start and you try again after half hour or so and then motor starts, seems like a CPS
failure (Crank Positioning Sensor). Have it replaced ASAP.
$70.00 part. 1 - 1.5 hr labor.

yes the crank angle sensor will definatly give hard starting problems but that will also bring the engine diagnoses lamp on. idling with no accelaration sounds alot like electronic accelarator problem intermittent fault. have a short test done at the dealer... shouldn't cost you a thing

same case here, my C32 got the problem with the throttle actuator b4, and the idle rev jumped between 1000rpm - 3000rpm
