I had never heard of or seen a C55 with anything other than the black leather interior until yesterday. I was at Hoehn Mercedes in Carlsbad CA having some bulbs replaced and oil topped off. And wandered over to look at this E55 and a sales person came over and we were talking about it and he mentioned he had a c55 on the lot so we walked over and it was white with the light gray interior. I must say it looked badass. I think i would have preferred that color, it brightens the interior so much. The C55 was low mileage and way over priced (as was the e55) $30k for the C and $50k for the E both under 40k miles.
Does anyone on here have one with this color interior? I'd like to see pictures of it.
When I was looking for cars I did find some C55's with the tan interior (pictures only). I think it was mostly the lighter cars (silver, gold, white, etc). I personally don't like it because it makes the interior look like the cheaper regular C-class interior. But that's JMO. I love my black interior....the black maple wood looks hot too
I have this with granite grey outside. Best combo- I often get compliments when I fill up having other MB owners ask it its a custom outside color and interior, I guess like designo or something.
I would've loved to find a Granite Grey/Ash combo, but they're pretty scarce. Settled on silver/Ash. I wanted the lighter colors for the intense sun rays here in AZ.
I have light gray int...
It does look a lil bit more luxurious imo but 1. It does get dirty quickly and 2. you have to get much darker window tint since it's such a bright color interior...
I'll try and get pics up-I have grey with Mars Red outside-kinda wish I had the black-but with my wifes truck-black in the summer here is killer.
I need to wipe it down every 2 weeks to get the dirt and crap off it-but I'll take a wipe down every 2 weeks vs a vacuum every other day with black (I cant stand dirty interiors with black....)-thing I hate(d) was the alum trim I got with it (working on wrapping in CF cloth now)-
That car is still for sale? I remember seeing it when I was looking for my C55.
I don't know, at times that looks either really luxurious, but from other angles (most angles IMO) it just looks too basic.
One thing to note on that interior though is that it has the wood console, and not only that, but the wood on the steering wheel too. Now that's sweet. I wish I had dark maple wood on my wheel

Hello,
I just happened upon your post. I was doing a little research on my car and am pretty sure I have the exact car that you saw 10+ years. It is an awesome car, and an absolute blast to drive!
