NY/NJ/CT: great shop with STAR DIAGNOSTICS!
Hey guys,
I posted this on W203 forums, and figured that I should share this with you guys as well!
there's this shop called "Impressive Auto" located in Maspeth, Queens, NY that has the STAR DIAGNOSTICS!!! they did my alarm chirp today, no...not the lame netherlands setting. It's a USA setting with alarm chirp at 100% volume level!
Well, this shop has been quite popular with the BMW scene and I happened to go there to "check it out". Lucky me, they have the STAR handy!!! They can basically do anything you want!
I'll post a video clip of the alarm chirp soon! keep posted!
also, I was looking at the bodywork they do there too...my gosh. its amazing.
just had to share this with my local guys that have been DYING to get some STAR settings (xenon present, CHIRP feature, lowering, performance mode, etc) that don't want to give an arm or leg to the dealers, or some fingers and toes to other INDY shops. Yes, Impressive is impressive because because they do amazing work, and you wont get a better price anywhere else. It's def. a great "fanatics spot"

yeap! I got it done today, I got the fuel mod done today, the car drives like a beast, especially during high rpms!!! you should call them!

Jon, i'm not sure if it'll work on ur 208 version, you can try it! they are very chill people, its a great spot to hang out.
the alarm chirp, is like the newer MBs, lock is 3 flashes/3beeps, unlock is 1 flash 1 beep. and you wont loose your alarm!
I also got my octane changed by them, I'm running "STAGE 3/PERFORMANCE, 93+octane" now...according to STAR. The MBs are set to "STAGE 1/NORMAL,89 octane.

Is there a list of stuff they can change for the c55?
