Anyone with 18 inch Carlsson 2/5 Brilliant Edt. on C32? Pics!

I am pretty defnite on getting these rims on my Black C32, but need too see a few more pics first. Saw a pic of them on a Silver C32, wasnt a great pic, but it looked alright.

Seen them on a CLK before, but would love to see them on a C32, especially black, and high res pictures.

Thanks

BTW, go to Gopednation.com and look in the pictures section and see what Accord has been doing! Insane!

What a great looking car!

Thanks soo much for the pics, especially taking the time with the second one..

Do you really think they look too small? Does anyone have a close up soo I can see?

I definitely think the stock 17s are incredibly too small, but I don't know..

Can you get the E55 AMG Rim on the C32? Like, identical style, just different fittings.

Just like with the E46 M3 rim, the one inch change between rims make a huge difference and it looks like a whole new rim.

I hate M3's stock 18inch rim (love them when the C32 is parked near my brother M3 though) but love the 19s.

Hate the 17 inch C32/SLK rim but love them on the CL55, E55, S55. Is this possible?

Yes, I really think the wheels looks too small, thats why I sold them. Noticed that the lip is kind of "thick", so the actual spokes look like they are 16". If you want to see what 19" look like, go to the pic thread, page 1, first pic.

I was told the E55 wheels will fit a C32, only you will need shorter bolts (E55 uses 14mm, C32 uses 12mm). They are also called Style IV but in 18". However, I have not seen a C32 with those wheels on yet, cant say yes 100% until we see a picture.

Here is a close up shot of the 2/5:

Can you confirm if the E55 Wheel really can fit..

How much would you estimate they would cost.

Like I said, no one has the wheels on the C32 yet, how can I confirm? We dont even know what is supposed to be the standard wheel on a E55?

18" one piece shall be around $400/piece. 18" 2-pc will be double.

The AMG wheel catalog shows an 18" wheels for the C-class that looks identical to the E55 wheel, but on closer inspection they are 7.5" Front and 8.5" Rear, compared to 8"/9" for the E55. See www.mercedes-benz.com/amg and go to the wheels page.

The 18" looks similar to the standard 17" style wise, but is less square in the profile around the center hub. It also looks shinier. I guess they are the same wheels that are standard on the European version of the new CLK55.

Anyway, they are good enough for me. I'm going to order them. I've got to do something with my 17's as I've never really been happy with the look of them. Now the new s4 Audi is getting 18's, I feel it is imperative to upgrade. Never mind world peace, this is important!

The only problem is my dealer (in Australia) tells me they will take 12 weeks from Germany. If anyone is interested, I'll post a pic or two once I get them.
