CM30 pump issues.
IAT's are normal (OBD2 while driving under load 140-150)... Recently replaced my pump with a CM30, car kept cutting power to the SC clutch.
Took it to MB today and they are saying that the MB DAS is showing a fault related to the IC pump.
I've checked the pump and it's running. IAT's are normal and MB is now saying he needs to test the flow as there might be a problem with the pump because it's after market.
Any suggestions?

is it possible the coolant system is getting airlocked due to air in the system? it took my 32 more than a few bleeds to get all the air out

It's possible... Temps seem alright.
Tech says the pump is cutting out and that it's either the rear SAM unit or the ECU. Who knows. IAT's were fine when I was testing them driving.
He says the pump is cutting out and therefore the ECU is cutting power to the clutch.
Took the guy 3 hours @ $120 to basically tell me nothing.

The ECU is disengaging to SC with IAT's in the 140's.
Does the ECU cut power to the Clutch if it cant power the pump? I tested the pump at idle and there were no issues.

There is a fuse box behind the trunk, check a 5 and 10 fuse chip. I recall i have the same issue ( i think it was a 5 or 10 fues) after countless hours of DIY i found the problem. It was a bad fuse in the rear trunk fuse section. Also, check your IC pump relay in the rear. Dealer = full of **** ECU rear sam jesus. Hope this helps.

I think the problem is solved.... Clogged heat exchanger.
Ran an inlet hose directly into the HE and an outlet hose into a bucket, poured water into the inlet, it backed up almost instantly and basically drizzled out the other end. When pouring it would instantly fill the inlet house and very slowly drain from the hose into the heat exchanger and drip out the outlet.
Why is the HE clogged? Car is 3 months old, purchased as a lease return from MB Canada with 50,000 miles. Rad is a Valeo dated 12/02/08 so either the previous owner was doing preventative measures or had issues and replaced the rad.
Tranny runs fine and I had a glycol test done when purchasing with no glycol contamination found.
Eurocharged HE will be here Monday... I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks for all your help and input.
