ATL Tuning Day!

Hello guys,

Looks like we have what we need to move forward on this dyno tune day.

The date: 12/12/09 (Saturday)
The Place: Dyno Lab, Marrieta, GA
Address Info: Dynolab - Horsepower and Torque on a Dynojet

This is the list of guys that I have already please contact Tony with a $200 deposit if you guys are serious as we are running out of room quick. Our dealer Buckhead Imports has done a great job on getting us some tunes for that day so I do not have a total amount of how many tunes I can get done this day so please send deposit to hold your spot.

1. 32krazy!
2. bmorgan
3. buggin
4. slow4dr ?
5. xray ?

Tuning cost with length of time for tuning.

-6 Cyl. Kompressor cars $600 - 1hr.
-8 Cyl. Kompressor cars $800 - 1hr.
-12 Cyl. Bi-Turbo cars $1499.00 - 2hrs.
-6.3 N/A cars 999.00 - No Dyno tuning -before and after dyno will be available.

Dyno usage cost - $100 per hour
Dyno Tuning cost - $100 per hour

If I get 10+ guys on this I will give a 10% discount on the tune cost only. Discount does not apply to hourly Dyno usage or Dyno Tuning.

Also you guys are more then welcome to have our base tunes flashed on your car if you do not want to get on the dyno.

This is going to be a good time guys and I hope you guys come on out even if its just to hang out.

Please feel free to contact me directly for any questions you may have or to make payments.

How much would it cost to get a stock C55 tuned without the dyno run? Then if I wanted to get it run after, just add $100 to that?

if im not mistaken the flash tune runs 600$. im not sure if you will be able to get a dyno run as the day will be just about booked with dyno tunes that run about an hour each.
the link for the srt6 forum is posted on my thread.

Will there be setup "appointment" times for each person or is it first come first serve? If I do this, I probably won't be able to show up for all day.

i believe its first come first serve but as for the crossfire guys i think we can get you in fairly quick if you have to be somewere. i for 1 wont mind im there for the day. theres only 1 spot left so if you want it i can email the others and check but i really dont see a problem.

If I do this, I'll just have to take the day off of work so I won't necessarily have to be somewhere. I would get there early, that's not a problem really. I just didn't know if it was in order of who paid first (thus making me last!) because I'll probably hang for a couple of hours and all but I probably don't want to stay too long after lunch. I'm just trying to decide if I want to spend that much money. I got my Trailblazer tuned and I love it, but I only paid $200 for that. :-\

we never really discussed the lineup im 4 hrs away and bmorgan 2 hrs buggin maybe 1.5 and xray about 6! i think for us guys we are wanting to meet as we chat on the crossfire forum and see the tuning procees and the other cars showing up. im sure something amicable can be worked out.
as for the cost obviously this isnt a blazer. it does cost to play but from what i have read from the posts both here and on the xfire page these guys are the best. search the forum. the posts from the other members speak for themselves. the customer service they have provided me is a+ stuff.
the thing is this is posted on 4 websites so with 1 space left dont wait to long. as i said you can tune before me if you want and ill be there first thing. i dont mind. i have been after tony and jerry to do a tune in this area for months and working on this specific tune for a month or so. ILL BE THERE!!

something to consider with a full session theres a 10% discount and you could do a flash tune instead of a dyno tune and be out super fast

awesome pullejo. that should fill the last slot giving us a sellout. 10% discount on the flashes.
now you are aware tony is flying in to do custom dyno tunes correct? the cost is an additional 100$ for the dyno per hr and 100$ for the custom tune. he will also do the -10 degree fan mod for 50$ and delimit for free.
if your doing a pulley i would highly siuggest the dyno tune.
i know we have my slk32 and 5 crossfires from the srt-6 forum getting tuned. im 32krazy! on the other forums.

Actually...as it turns out...I'm NOT in. Called last week. Gave them my card to run the deposit... And they never ran it. I asked for a quote on getting the pulley done - which they finally got back to me about yesterday...and now there's not time to get things taken care of before the tune. Don't want to do just the flash. Kind of a little ticked.

It is definitely tempting but I personally dont think the benefit of a tune on the NA 55 motor is worth the cost. I will be there to hang out though and who knows if I get to talking with the Eurocharged guys you never know they might change my mind.

I just got back from a nice little spirited drive home with a smile on my face. Big thanks to Aurther, Jerry, Tony, and the Buckhead MB Guys. It ended up being a great event and it was nice meeting the others that where there getting tuned.
