Kleemann put back together - Dyno Result (Dynamics)

Obviously my air fuel is seriously F'd up ... New O2 Sensors, and the wideband was placed in the passenger side O2 line (secondary)
My A/F still dives off the charts, which is probably why im having some power loss, upwards of 40RWHP
The good news is the beast is back ... and for the most part working strong.

Too Rich.
Dangerously Rich considering that you have a 70mm pulley generating 8psi. Did you change to E55 injectors or are they still stock?
Was it always running this rich before the SC refurb?

WOW Mike, I was expecting more like 460-470 RWHP??? I know the one Cory sent me is at about 515, but that's on their dyno. With your times, you gotta be closer to 450-470 when you get the AF fixed.
By the way, got the part # for the SC Drive belt?? Is it a Chevy part???
Interesting thing is, your HP stayed pretty consistent ( + or - 7 ) with consecutive runs if I am reading this correctly. That's a good thing and not showing a lot of heat soak. I've seen 5 -10 % losses on some dynos on subsequent runs.

So you are down over 40 RWHP at least!! I am wondering why the AF is so off? Any other changes when new unit installed??? Make sure you call me the next time you get to Chi-Town, I want you to see the Mars Red!!

ya lots, thats what sucks
New Coil packs, new wires, new 02 sensors ; I am getting a MAF Low Curcuit CEL and a P0410 Code now though...
The MAF is pretty new and same exact BOSCH part Kleemann had on there.

First some corrections
1) This was done actually on a "Mustang Dyno", which he claims he was applying a load (can they do that?)
2) In reality, I am probably getting about 370-380RW on Dynamics Dyno, which is significant less. I have reached out to Corey and may send him my ECU back. Since most ALL of the most recent work was done at Tri-Star Mercedes Motors in St.Louis, there maybe a chance they wiped out my tune?? Cory is a hero and will make sure the tune is on the ECU for FREE
3) Provided the tune is checked and that is the problem, I will travel back up to CPT in chicago to get a proper dyno on a Dynamics (which i consider the standard, personal opionion)
4) here is a video of my run today.
