Thumbs up Goodies arrived!

Finally received my packages today:

1) EC Headers with Jet-Hot coating (extreme sterling)
2) 185mm pulley Kit
3) Replacement HE

I managed to get the pulley installed first, and torqued the screws on the pulley to about 33lbs. But i still noticed a slight wobble. When the rpm is up to 2000 the wobbling goes away. Here is a link to the video that i took right after installation: http://files.me.com/anly/kzoytb
Now the wobble doesn't look as pronounced in the video, but in person i can see it clearly. I would say the wobbling is about 1~2mm ...What do you guys think? Look normal?

Tomorrow I will complete the Headers and HE installations

The headers look awesome! GL on the install. Are you doing them yourself? Would you consider making a DIY header install thread (with pics)?

Thanks! I'm having my mechanic do it, he has all the tools. I'll be documenting it from the side though.

i tightened it to 35lbs but don't see much difference in the wobbling, its goes away when at 1000 rpm. any one notice this?

I would recommend your someone other than yourself to install the headers, you really need a variety of tools to get them off. Installing it was much easier. You need to install new header gaskets too. Ones I had were SS. They only charged me 150 for installing the HE, Pulley and Headers!

Notice the replacement HE looks different and has 3 less cores, but the build quality is better IMO. The side inlets are also welded instead of the plastic screw ons.

here are some installation pics:

When I do get the update tune for the 185 + headers from Jerry after the Thanks Giving break, I can then start fine tuning with the LM-2 ( with the help from Jerry of course )
Last pic is the WideBand.

Great price on the install - kudos to you, sir.

Those appear to be the v1, mild-steel LET headers - is that accurate?

Thanks man! Jerry was nice enough to re-tune my car this morning, and it feels great!
actually they should be SS, I just ordered them about a month ago. I had them coated.

Hey Jake - the ones in the attached pic are also log type. They look exactly like the old LET log headers I had, except mine were ceramic coated a matte "battleship grey" instead of the JetHot Sterling coating the OP mentions. So would these ones (the ones in the pic) be SS, or mild steel? Thought all the old log-type were mild steel, and the newer EC 3-into-1 shorty design was when the material was upgraded to stainless... IIRC, certainly could be wrong...

sorry to sound ignorant but how did you get jerry to tune your car if it's in Taiwan? I'm just starting to mod my ride and wanted to know how to get a tune or what type of tune....I appologize in advance for hijacking this thread.
