Note the OP’s #A000 989 62 01 oil is specified for use in M111 and M271 Eaton superchargers.
Those stateside can source the approved IHI supercharger oil, Mobil’s Jet Oil II, OTC from most aviation supply retailers for substantially less than that in the repackaged-for-MB containers.
For example…Aircraft Spruce.
No longer have a copy of the ’02 through ’04 Factory Approved Service Products booklets.
However, more recent versions indicate it’s the correct lubricant..

In trying to find a supplier that sells Mobile Jet Oil II (2nd gen), I couldn't find anyone here locally. I found out that now exxon makes a new third generation oil called Mobile Jet 254 which is for sale here. (same grade) Gonna get that tomorrow and have it changed out.

i have readed this threat few time and just want to confirm one thing. So we can use Mobile Jet Oil II or Mobile Jet 254 for our C32 amg supercharger right?

finally got it done today, the oil of the 254 is dark brown , almost like Guinness stout! however the color of Jet Oil II is amber...

My supercharger get some oil leak and want to rebuild it, but I can't find
the oil seal in Taiwan. Does anyone can help me check it ??

There's a vendor on ebay selling almost an entire case (23 quarts) of the Mobil Jet Oil II for less than half of any other company on the internet. I'd be willing to buy it if there are a few people to take some of the stuff off my hands. It's $119 obo plus $28.53 for shipping. The second cheapest price is from airplaneoil.com and with shipping is $270. One quart is over $20 shipped. I know this seems trivial, but if we can get it for half price; why not?

Anyone have extra Jet Oil II to sell? I went to my local dealership, and the parts guy said he would look into special ordering it for me, but never called me as he said he would. I'm sure it would be a rip off through them anyways...
