Checked or replaced almost every sensor (MAF, CRANK, CAM), spark plugs, plug wires, 82mm TB, elbows, electrical connections, vacuum lines, etc..ONLY to discover that..

The soldered chip by SI (Jessie D) broke off and this was what caused the CELs, hiccup/stumble and rough idling. Car runs beautifully now for over 50 miles but will wait unitl Vadim logs over 100 miles on it to confirm it does not revert back. Then ECU goes back to Kleemann to retune for max boost with 65mm/170mm pulley combo before final dyno. If Ahmad (Blackbenz) gets 612rwhp on 9psi then I should expect 500rwhp at the least and some decent track times with much more boost.

That's great news man. I am going through some problems with the car that are frustrating and expensive, so I can understand a little how you must have been feeling, and I bet it feels great to be out of the woods!

Thanks! I've been reading quite a few new posts describing C55 rough running and idling issues which help me test and eliminte those root causes.

I learned alot from these posts and relayed back what I read to my shop who considered them but ruled them out also.

I forget what SI was ? It's a performance chip correct? Man that must of been a ***** to find that problem inside the ECU lol. Glad to hear you got it sorted out. How is Ahmads benz putting out so much power?

SI stands for Speed Innovations, Jessie's tuning company. He soldered his custom tune onto my ECU board back when I had the HPS Gen II SC kit but PC erased it when I swapped out the SC to Kleemann. Last month Kleemann erased PC's but the solder broke off and caused a short circuit on board.

I asked him the same question when he posted that today. He's not running nitrous as far as I know. I always thought his 10.6 1/4mile traps were due to weight reduction and driver skill but apparently he's upped his power as well.

edit: Ahmad was joking. I just saw his reply. His 10.6 trap is for real though. It's captured on video and posted on Youtube.

Lets do it right. Lets race together, get it on some HD video of how has the fastest C55. Come take a trip out to AZ and lets race. We live with in driving distance.. So for this not to happen it would be sad.

You and i will have the same kind of setup, and once you get that boost up with the new pulley and on the dyno and track, you will see over 500 RWHP and over 200 Km/h trap speed

Btw, how did you see that the chip was broke off?

I raced once before with two downed cylinders on the HPS SC kit and ran a 12.58 ET at 116 trap. I think I should do better next ime around.
