Flanges for header production are finally ready. We are going in production next week. W208 CLK first, V6's second and W210 E-Class third. For a V6 we simply trim the flange from four to three outlets, everything else is the same.

Header flange is made out of 3/8'' steel (1/8'' thicker than factory), holes are 1/4'' bigger allowing up 1 3/4'' primary tube. Production tube sizes will be 1 1/2'' to 1 3/4'' depending on application.

Collector flange is made by CNC from solid piece of steel. It is 1/4'' bigger in diameter and is designed to extend primary tube collector.

Complete sets should be available within 3-4 weeks.

got a question vadim. w/the headers on the C32... will changing the muffler be even better? making it a straight through setup? does back pressure on the C32 matters? or... is free flowing better?

We have tried running the car on the dyno with muffler unhooked. Everytime there was very little 1-2HP gain, even with ODPS. My guess at this time it is not a restriction. It could be down the road, but not now.

Vadim, in your previous update you stated that 'so far 13 HP and 15 torque'. Have you made any changes since then or is the power increase unchanged ?

Vadim, have you guys been able to do any fitment test to see if they will fit on the SLK?

Not on SLK yet, MB parts lists the same part number for all V6s, including SLK.
We have one come in for ODPS install shortly, I will confirm.
