^^^ Good advice.
Budget? Goals?
A generic answer is "pulley + tune will 'raise the horsepower'" but from there you have a lot of different options, from many different reputable vendors.

I hate to sound like the grumpy old curmudgeon but, after more than 9 years of W203 development and discussion, there are hundreds of threads discussing this topic right here in MBWorld's C32/C55 forum.
Learning the search function will help you to stay in the other member's good graces. Reading through the "One stop search...Newbies start here" thread/sticky (at the top of this forum) will answer more questions than you thought you knew.
Now, go forth and enjoy your time here.

Mild pulley, and intake got me into the low 13's and 0-60 in 4.5ish secs when I could get it to hook, lol
They say a ECU tune is good for 30-40 more? but I cannot verify.

"In standard form, the C32 AMG (Software suits pulley) 3.2 produces 349 hp and 332 lb.-ft.
Powerchip has a range of chips to suit your car, which can increase it's power to 418 hp, and it's torque to 398 lb.-ft."
69hp crank & 66lb-ft torque? that seems pretty damn good.

C32's? Check out powerchip. Don't know how reliable their statistics are (maybe you guys can fill us in), but:

After a Tony 'Tune' (Eurocharged ) I got 336 RWHP.
PowerChip? Maybe, just maybe.
