That's with 63k miles. All stock on a 4wd Dynojet Dyno.

I need to go back and get dyno'd again with my 185 and Tune. Probably get my c3p intercooler reservoir and LET intake installed first and then go.

Good luck!

No I don't. That sounds about right. You drop 15% putting it at 296 plus the intake might get a few more hp out of it. Just my thought...others can chime in.

well the dyno test went awsome. i was extremely pleased with my results.
temp was 63F i ran a 326.5hp 1st run and 330.2hp 2nd run. torque was around 326 on my best run.
i promise there is nothing done to my car at all. exept the code3 intake
heres the paper to prove it vv

the dyno was dynodynamics. maybe they run a little high?

some say that as the engine "loosens up" you can generate extra hp

I wonder what went wrong with that dyno. The power is too low for crank HP and it is 30hp or more too high for wheel HP. There is no way a stock C32 other than the intake will dyno above 300hp to the wheels.

The true test is at the track. Plus the track events are a lot of fun.

Man... It's also hard to belive but man...

People fist don't trust on the butt dyno
Then don't trust on such G-tech number
Now don't trust on the Dyno
They also don't so much trust on the track (my track is worse than yours, tracking issue, temp ...etc)
and now go back to the track...?

So I am wondering what will be the standard?

You missed a step of WHICH dyno you ran on. Because depending on the one you ran on it's totally bogus.

Personally when mine pulled 296.5hp stock on a dynojet it's dead on a 15% loss from the crank so it seemed right to me.

It's not about trusting this dyno. It's about the delta post tune/new mods. Look at it as you base dyno and when you make changes to your car just make sure you go back to the same place to see the delta.

They actually tend to run lower than average - but it all depends on that specific DD and whatever correction-factors its shop might decide to add. In the end, it's a data point for your reference - but, by itself, one data point isn't particularly useful. That said, gotta start somewhere.

The results of your track visit will absolutely aid in confirmation of your dyno result. Your whp/wtq should land you in mid-high 12's for ET.

+1

I dyno'ed less WHP with my full list of engine modifications. Granted I still have stock HE, and I did put down more torque... Guess all these dyno's really differ a lot.

Did you Dyno this in 4th gear or 3rd gear? 3rd gear is going to give you a higher whp since its not a 1:1 ratio.

Your numbers are higher then stock dynojet numbers which reads higher then a dyano dyanmics.

I have a feeling this was dyno'ed in 3rd gear, not the standard 4th gear everyone else does.

I believe that Eurocharged does Dynos in 3rd, at least that's what they had done in NJ on their last visit. I was puzzled but Greg explained that that's what they do. Again, I was looking for a delta and that didn't matter to me that much. I ran 339 HP and 355 Torque on the Mustang dyno.

I'm sure EC will come in to confirm or deny, but doesn't make sense to dyno in 3rd. The gearing of the tranny will skew the numbers unusually high.

c32 tranny ratios

Gear Type 5 Speed Automatic w/ Touch Shift
Final Drive 3.06:1
1st Gear Ratio 3.59:1
2nd Gear Ratio 2.19:1
3rd Gear Ratio 1.41:1
4th Gear Ratio 1:1
5th Gear Ratio 0.83:1
