I was thinking about that first, but the main reason why I'm doing the vinyl is so I can peel it off if I ever wanna sell my car and go back to stock.

If you're applying this there are a few things that I think most of you know-but some may not-
clean the surface well.
Clean it again.
Clean the area you're applying too.
Use an exacto knife-they'er cheap-so are the blades-dont streach the fabric when you dont have too-and keep your finger tips.
always lay out what you want to do-dont try to install while the part is attached to the car-you're asking for crap results.
Dont forget to clean.

After ordering and working a bit with some of this stuff and reading from other forums, do not stretch the film too much with heat. Stretch only as little as you need because if you stretch it out a lot it will come undone/bubble when heat hits it again (i.e. engine cover application/areas exposed to sun).

Phil W..... How long did it take you to do this to your front intake cover? Also it was all done with one piece of vinyl correct? I think I am going to order some and attempt this but also spray 3 coats of clear over the vinyl and see how it stands up to the heat. Any inputs?
Hi, its best if you are two persons. I need 4 hours.
i wouldnt use clear coat, did it before and it looks bad.
