BiX not auto leveling or adjusting

today i installed bix onto my '02 which had factory frosty xenons.

problem 1) the headlights are not moving when the car is started up.

problem 2) they are aimed way too high, when i try to screw the adjustment screw in or out, neither headlight will move.

any ideas? thanks guys

ok i think i got them caught back on, but it seems that they are aimed awfully low, and if i try to raise them, they just pop off adjustment mechanism again.

i'll have to double check tonight to see if my auto leveling at least works now.
