please post a link... looks sweet was it easy to get the door handles out? I was never good at doing the interior stuff, always broke those plastic tab thingies.

Cool I did this on my car, but it didn't look that great. The cup holder and cover for the ESP button switch assembly especially. I didn't do it myself either I had the customer that sells it do it. The problem with the switch assembly is that there is no clearance for the buttons after you put it on.

I wonder how it will hold up to temperature changes? I did the same thing to my M3 and it started coming off after the first month, might have been Florida heat but it was disappointing because it looked great at first.

I did a special job on the film and it is not going to fall even when there is a huge change of temperature. It is all about how perfectly you finished your end line! I leave enough margin for the change from the temp difference. So, It is not going to fall for sure.
I'm livin in SoCal and recently it is very hot at the daytime and cold at night. However, it is OK!
I will let you know after few months later

I really want to try this project out at least on the door handles (inside).
Im afraid I wont make it look nearly as good as what some of you have posted on here though.
Aside from a heat gun and stretching the film around corners/bends what else should I be aware of before I take on this project?

If you're wrapping around corners leave a lot of extra material so it wont crease up at the bends.
Practice on small stuff first before you tackle on bigger projects that can waste your material.
