Just my $0.02.

Newz - sounds like a good deal on a nice E55. Would this be in place of, or addition to, the C63 P31 you've posted about (not sure if you've taken delivery of one yet or not)?

The mileage is within average and it will also depend of how often you plan to use the car. You can get a Max Coverage Chrysler Warranty for $2,600 for 85K/7 years, $100 deductible. Simply a no brainer.
I think you should go for it.

A 2011 C63 P31 really tickles my fancy and with the new 4.7 V-8 coming out, the C class may get this new engine (4.7) and not the 5.5 TT which I had hoped for. Plus a C63 with the P31 would eat that stock E55 alive for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! I've been pricing out Package 1 C63 with the Carbon Fiber Package and P31 & LSD , no leather, so that's where I've been looking.
