Cleaned up the caliper with a wire wheel attachment and brake cleaner + new oe front rotors.

That looks amazing, now imagine the clk63 brakes on there

i wish! The 4 piston ones do a pretty good job but they do like kinda puny compared to the 6 pot brakes...but basically cosmetic differences aren't really worth 3500 or so to me right now

Called up Bilstein and found out that 1 rear strut is on back order for another month. Oh, how I do love this economy!

2002 C32 1987 190E 2.3 334K miles and going
Just installed 8K HID bulbs for my fog lamps. Somehow, main left headlight flickers before completely staying on and worse, just goes out even though I have new 35W ballasts for the 10K HID bulbs.

Pic shows difference in standard H7 and H7 HID fog lighting.

The stock shocks/struts were just cheese, I was able to push down the rod with 1 hand. The Bilsteins on the other hand, took all of my body weight to compress. Got the Bilsteins put on the car, and boy, what a difference! No more floaty handling, it just feels planted on the corners, and gives much better feedback at the limit. Feels faster/more responsive too when I mash the fun pedal - must have killed the suspension slop in the power delivery department.

This is the suspension the C32 should have come with stock!

I liked the akebono brake pads, little to no dust and they stopped very well. I didn't even get any squeaks out of them, but my only experience is with them in the rears. I still plan on replacing my front ones with akebono ceramic pads. Tirerack.com has reasonable prices.

Currenty I just deleted the resonator, and am having focal speakers installed as we speak.

Then I need to pay some bills then I plan to fix the head liner in my car, think about fixing the driver seat, need a new seat frame so it can adjust forward and back.

wish list: SL55 Intake, lowering the car (havent figured out which way), Pulley, Tune
